This system is owned by Kosovo Government and managed by Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo. First phase of development of this system was supported by UNDP Kosovo and Helvetas-EYE Project, while upgrade and expansion into Kosovo Labour Market Barometer and interoperability of real time data is supported by ALLED2 project, funded by the European Union in Kosovo (EU) with co-funding from Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and implemented by Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
